Consultant Service (10 hours)
• Unlimited offline support / helpdesk/ phone/ emails
• Database Restore
• Migration of data
• Update software patch
• Assistance on configuration and setting
• Access rights
• User Helpdesk support
• Knowledge management (Application Training).
• Co-ordination with customer internal IT administer, reporting and consulting.
• All in-scope activities shall be supported 8hrs x 5 days off-site via Helpdesk portal
• Hardware procurement / hosting are optional components.
1. Any on-site support that is required is chargeable at Minimum 3 hours engagement
2. Any other services outside the above-listed services scope will also be chargeable at S$960 per man day or S$120 per hour
Helpdesk and Software Support Coverage
Technical Support coverage is as follow:
Standard Subscription Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (GMT +8.00 Singapore) next business
Classification of Severity Levels support apply
