EDGE supports eligible business activities through Enterprise Singapore. The NTUC CTC Grant supports CTC-endorsed transformation tied to better jobs or wages for local workers through e2i.

Enterprise Singapore
For a selected eligible business activity. The public applicant test is a Singapore-registered business entity with at least 30% Singaporean and/or Singapore PR ownership; activity conditions also apply.

Route 01 · Enterprise Singapore
EDGE launches on 30 September 2026. Applicants must be Singapore-registered business entities with at least 30% Singaporean and/or Singapore PR ownership. Selected activities may add requirements.
Support is up to 70% for SMEs and 50% for non-SMEs, varying by activity and assessment. A S$100,000 shared annual cap refreshes on 1 April; within it, up to S$30,000 applies to officially specified digital, integrated enterprise and selected automation activities.
Identify the activity through EDGE or BizSG, follow its evidence, start and vendor rules, complete and fully pay for the activity, then claim reimbursement under its requirements.
EDG, MRA and PSG cease new applications on 29 September 2026. Earlier submissions remain under their original schemes, and ongoing approved projects continue through claims.
Route 02 · e2i
e2i manages and administers this grant for CTC-endorsed transformation that strengthens business capabilities and creates better jobs or wages for local workers.
Published categories include legally registered or incorporated Singapore companies, societies, non-profits, charities, social service agencies, restructured hospitals, autonomous universities and social enterprises. Form a Company Training Committee with management and worker or union representation, then prepare an endorsed transformation plan.
Supported transformation components may include training, equipment, software and consultancy. In-house training is capped at S$9 per hour; non-SSG-supported external training may receive up to 70%, subject to assessment, while SSG-supported training follows prevailing rates.
The project must deliver an enterprise outcome and at least one local-worker outcome: a wage increment, recurrent skills allowance or Career Development Plan.
Apply directly through the e2i Grant Portal; third-party consultant applications are rejected. Await assessment and the Letter of Award. The standard project duration is one year, followed by delivery of committed outcomes and claims under e2i conditions.

No. EDGE is administered by Enterprise Singapore; the NTUC CTC Grant is managed and administered by e2i. They have separate eligibility, plans, applications and assessments.
