PSG/ EDG funding reduce from 7% to 50%

Technology is not about fancy and expensive high-end solutions. You can kick-start your technology journey by taking simple steps to automate existing processes and improve productivity. The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) supports companies keen on adopting IT solutions and equipment to enhance business processes.

From 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023, the support level will be up to 70%. For eligible pre-scoped solutions under Food Services and Retail sectors, enhanced support level will be up to 80% from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. From 1 April 2023, SMEs can receive up to 50% support for PSG.

The enhanced grant support levels were extended for a time-limited period given the exceptional disruptions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, to encourage the transformation of the economy and to help businesses emerge stronger from the pandemic.

The PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries. Other than sector-specific solutions, PSG also supports adoption of solutions that cut across industries, such as in areas of customer management, data analytics, financial management and inventory tracking.

These solutions have been pre-scoped by various government agencies such as Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Workforce Singapore (WSG).

The list of readily adoptable solutions can be found on GoBusiness Gov Assist. Applicants should consider their business needs to select the relevant and right-sized PSG support packages.
