We are seeking an Assistant/Project Manager who will support our project managers in implementing and managing Odoo ERP systems, with a key focus on accounting and financial modules. Reporting directly to the project manager, you will be a crucial player in delivering successful projects to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, particularly in accounting and financial processes
- Document and communicate project progress, issues, and solutions with clients and development teams
- Assist in planning and scoping ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, and client expectations
- Apply knowledge of accounting software, financial reporting, and ERP modules to optimize solutions for clients
- Provide accounting and finance expertise during Odoo ERP implementations, helping clients streamline financial processes
- Contribute to business strategy and support operational improvements
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base to support clients and team members
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and expectations
- Balance competing priorities and manage complex project demands professionally
- Maintain working knowledge of ERP systems, especially in finance, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax laws)
- Experience with Odoo ERP systems and an ability to optimize its use in business operations, especially for financial processes
- Strong time management skills and the ability to juggle competing tasks
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with prior experience in ERP project management
- Experience in financial modules, and familiarity with related areas such as inventory, logistics, or HR is a plus
